One of my favorite things about the Kindle is that is it not a computer. Sometimes, especially after an especially computer-screen-intensive day at work (which is saying a lot for me), I just can’t bear to go home and look at another LCD. I don’t want to see my mail or twitter or any websites. The Kindle works nicely for that while still allowing me to carry several hundred books around with me.
